Less than two weeks until Leicester Business Festival

The annual Leicester Business Festival (LBF) fortnight gets underway in just under two weeks’ time, on Monday 8 November. This is the seventh LBF which boasts another packed programme containing 90 fantastic events.

This year, there are a mix of in-person and online events covering a wide range of topics from sports entrepreneurship and sustainability to aerospace and wellbeing.

Examples of some of the outstanding events in the programme include:

Everards’ future of independent businesses on Tuesday 16 November will be exploring how partnerships can help growth. Independent businesses owners will be sharing their stories and giving real life examples of their successful partnerships, aiming to help other businesses with their growth journeys.

The Midlands Engine Investment Fund and RSM’s online event on Wednesday 17 November features expert panellists who will be looking at all sorts of financial concerns from managing cashflow and debt and equity finance to exit and succession planning.

Wealth Management company, Brewin Dolphin is managing three events: Charities fund management on Monday 15 November; creating a resilient work culture in collaboration with De Montfort University and Eileen Richards Recruitment taking place on Thursday 11 November, as well as the return of ‘Make Diversity your Business’ on Monday 15 November. This is a project which started in 2018 aiming to help local businesses utilise the talent and energy of local students & graduates.
