The Leicestershire Business Advice Service is a fully-funded programme available to entrepreneurs and business owners in Leicestershire. It provides those running or looking to start a business with expert advice and workshops, tailored to your current business stage. Workshops cover key business themes including; regulation & tax, marketing research, marketing and money management.
A fully-funded service: This service is free to access for those running a small to medium sized business, or looking to start a business across the Leicestershire districts of Blaby, Harborough, Hinckley & Bosworth, Melton, North West Leicestershire and Oadby & Wigston.
Expert advice: The service is delivered by business support experts Exemplas, on behalf of the local districts. Through their specialist advisory team, they work with businesses at all stages of their journey to access the support needed and create an action plan to take forward.
Connections: Exemplas work closely with other business support services both locally and nationally. As well as accessing this service, they will help to signpost you to other organisations who can help. This may include opportunities for grant funding.
Exemplas provide support that will enable entrepreneurs to understand exactly what needs to be done to start their business effectively.
They're making high quality growth support accessible to those business owners with the greatest need and will provide them with knowledge and understanding of how to optimise the chances of business success. Also provide links to a network of like-minded people, to share business challenges/opportunities and potential solutions.
For any business to grow and thrive, it needs leaders that identify and capitalise on opportunities. This programme of support allows business owners this chance. They can access face-to-face and remote guidance from our experienced Business Advisers, who will work with you to build a plan to grow and deliver to their full potential.
The Leicestershire Business Advice Service is delivered by business support experts Exemplas. It is funded by the UK Government via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), through the district councils of Blaby, Harborough, Hinckley & Bosworth, Melton, North West Leicestershire and Oadby & Wigston.
