A message from Leicester College:
Leicester College Freshers Fair is being held on Wednesday 14 September 2022 and offers your organisation the opportunity to market products and services to approximately 2,500 learners.
The Fair will be held between 10:00 am and 14:00 pm at Morningside Arena Leicester, 31 Charter St, Leicester LE1 3UD, next to our Abbey Park site. We will be running a bus service between our three main campuses so that all students will have the opportunity to attend this event.
The Fair is a non-profit making event that is organised in association with the College’s Student Union. The aim of the day is to provide new and existing learners with an entertaining and informative event.
There is a nominal cost to show at the event and included in the price is a space for your stand/activity, refreshments, parking and a Freshers Fair listing on our Facebook and Twitter pages and all internal publicity.
For those that attend the fair we are also happy to display your promotional material on our notice boards and in our social spaces throughout the academic year.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
Stall set-up needs to take place between 9:15am and 9:45am.
