LOCAL CONNECTIONS FUND FROM THE NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND:
GRANTS AVAILABLE UNTIL 6 AUGUST
Grants are still available to support projects that aim to bring people together, in safe and secure ways, to make sure they are aware of all the services available to them, to help reduce loneliness and build lasting connections within communities.
Any community organisation with an income of less than £50,000 per year can apply for a grant of between £300 and £2,500.
By a ‘community’ the Local Connections Fund means:
People living in the same area – like a city, town or street
People who share characteristics – like beliefs, values, interests or faith
People who can be grouped together in some other way.
