Last few days to submit Leicester Business Festival events

2 September 2022

On Friday 9 September, applications for Leicester Business Festival (LBF) will close. Any firm wishing to run an event in this exciting November fortnight dedicated to business has just one week left to submit its event application.

By hosting an event businesses benefit from exposure, recognition, networking, revenue leads and loyalty. Events can be online or in person and be about anything business related, as long as it will benefit the businesses and people in the region or help place Leicester or Leicestershire in a national or international spotlight.

The application process is simple. Visit the Leicester Business Festival and complete the application form by Friday 9 September:  www.leicesterbusinessfestival.com/event-application-form

Cricket Club and a director of the LBF Community Interest Company (CIC) said: “We are now in the closing stages of the application process and  I really hope that businesses take this final chance to submit their events.

“The festival needs local businesses to get involved and run events that showcase the innovation, culture and commerce taking place in the region. There’s not many times in the year when businesses get the opportunity to host an event for free in such a high profile business to business setting.

“The Cricket Club is hosting an event about rebuilding our brand from almost closing our doors to becoming one of the fastest growing sports businesses in the UK – and there are already quite a few people booked on.

“I would urge businesses not to miss out and showcase what’s happening within their own industries.  This is a genuine opportunity for Leicester and Leicestershire to attract people from far and wide to come to the festival and see what we have to offer.”

The festival is running from 7-18 November 2022. As the deadline looms for businesses to apply to host events the line-up is beginning to be announced on the Leicester Business Festival website and bookings are open. The full programme will be launched at the end of September.
