Join us for LEBC’s first breakfast networking event to learn about our impactful services for young people, schools and colleges and employers.
LEBC has been inspiring young people to reach their potential and preparing them to become career-ready for over 30 years in collaboration with our employer partners. Do you want to join us on our journey into 2024? By engaging with our partnership schools, you can help shape the future workforce and showcase your sector.
LEBC’s employer services include driving employer visibility to young people in support of developing talent pipelines, and demystifying sectors, our services include upskilling young people and improving young people’s chances and social mobility. LEBC create opportunities for employers to engage with schools and colleges in the local community and boost social value opportunities for you and your employees.
We will be joined by Joanna Winterbourne, LEBC’s STEM Ambassador Programme Manager. Joanna will share how employers can get involved in the STEM Ambassador Programme. The programme is designed to support employers to engage with young people and inspire them to learn of career opportunities within the STEM sectors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).
