A new Serco survey seeks to understand what employers are looking for when it comes to numeracy skills, how improved skills could help their sector and what they currently offer in terms of support or training to new recruits.
Part of Multiply Employer programme, the aim of this research is to explore the attitudes, motivations and needs for basic numeracy skills, and to understand gaps in the current market of adult numeracy training.
The survey can be found at this link https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/XF6CCF2 and closes on Monday 26th September. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
