Are you a member of the senior management team at a small or medium-sized business based in the East Midlands? Do you want to take your leadership skills and your business to the next level? Join other business leaders at the University of Leicester School of Business on the new, Government-subsidised, Help to Grow: Management programme.
The University of Leicester School of Business will shortly be running their 3rd and 4th Help to Grow intakes and currently have a few places remaining for their November and January start dates.
Help to Grow is a 12-week programme for senior leaders in SMEs which the University is delivering as a leading business school accredited by the Small Business Charter and it is 90% subsidised by the government.
The programme combines a practical curriculum with 1:1 support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network. It is designed to be manageable alongside full-time work and will support senior leaders to develop their strategic skills with key modules covering financial management, innovation and digital adoption. By the end of the programme businesses will have developed a tailored business growth plan to lead their business to its full potential.
