Applications are now open for the fifth and final cohort of the £1.2 million support programme for creative businesses in the East Midlands, set to begin on October 16th. Companies are invited to apply for the Create Growth programme, funded by the Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS).
So far, 52 East Midlands-based businesses have successfully completed the programme.
Participating businesses will undergo an initial business health check, attend an in-person business bootcamp, and gain access to valuable networking opportunities.
The programme also includes eight virtual masterclasses on key topics such as leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and business planning. You can view the online masterclasses here.
In addition to the 90-minute masterclasses delivered by industry experts, participants will receive five hours of free mentoring and have the chance to take part in investment readiness workshops.
To be eligible for the fifth and final cohort of the East Midlands Create Growth programme, businesses must:
* Be registered or trading within Leicester, Leicestershire, Derby, Derbyshire, Lincoln, Greater Lincolnshire, or Rutland.
* Be sole traders or businesses that have been operating for at least two years and have potential for growth.
