About the programme

Launching in October 2026, our new High Growth Programme is designed for ambitious SMEs across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland that are ready to take the next step in their growth journey.
This fully funded intensive programme will support 12–15 established businesses with the ambition and potential to scale. Through a combination of in-depth business diagnostics, practical half-day workshops and tailored one-to-one support, participants will develop a stronger growth strategy, sharpen their commercial focus and build the foundations needed for sustainable business growth.
The programme will focus on key areas including growth planning, market positioning, leadership, sales and commercial development, and business systems that support scale.
Who can apply?
To be eligible, businesses must:
- Have been trading for at least two years
- Employ a minimum of five full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Be a registered UK business listed on Companies House
- Be based in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland
- Be actively seeking to scale and grow
