Previously delivered in 10 locations across the UK, the programme is led by business expert Sally Pepper, who has supported hundreds of high street retailers over the past decade. With 30 years’ experience working in retail and a passion for supporting independent retailers at the heart of our high streets, Sally Pepper created the Retail Programme to do just that. Her consultancy has been delivering workshops alongside tailored coaching for the last eleven years, and she also runs the Independent Retail Community.
This programme is aimed at established high street business owners trading for at least 12 months.
