Following the re-election in May of Rupert Matthews for the role of Police and Crime Commissioner. The new Police and Crime Plan 2024-2028 is under development and a bespoke survey has been developed to help shape this.
The toll of business crime is taking effect on local businesses and has been brought to light for more targeted attention. Particularly for those businesses within the retail sector. The new Police and Crime Plan seeks to build on the work begun in the last Term of Office period in support of local businesses, large and small.
Rupert Matthews is reaching out to businesses in the area as having your business voice heard is important for the work I have been tasked to carry out.
With that in mind your responses would be welcomed on how, working together with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and/or Leicestershire Police, you and your organisation can help us to deliver these key areas of work.
