High street businesses are being offered a valuable opportunity to step back, refocus, and plan for the future through a newly available fully funded support programme.
Designed specifically for established businesses trading for over 12 months, the initiative provides a structured yet supportive environment for owners who may be feeling under pressure or uncertain about their next steps.
The programme combines a three-hour interactive workshop with five hours of tailored one-to-one mentoring, giving participants both practical guidance and personalised support. Delivered in small groups of local businesses, it also offers a chance to connect with peers facing similar challenges.
Participants will receive practical workbooks and planning tools, alongside clear and realistic actions to help move their businesses forward with confidence.
The sessions are led by an experienced retail expert with over 30 years of supporting independent high street businesses, ensuring advice is grounded in real-world experience.
Organisers say the programme aims to give business owners something they often lack — the time and headspace to properly think about their business, away from the day-to-day pressures of running it.
