Event Details

University of Leicester School of Business and DMU’s Leicester Castle Business School are working together to help small business leaders from across the region identify what they and their businesses need to grow, and how to make it happen.

Hear direct from Help to Grow: Management alumni about their experience of the course and understand how stakeholders like your organisation are partnering with us to make sure that SMEs get the support they need to deliver on increased profitability, innovation and growth.

For the hundreds of business leaders that have already completed the course in our region, Help to Grow: Management was just the start of their journey to working with Growth Hubs, Chambers of Commerce, local business networks, membership organisations and business schools to build productive relationships for their businesses and the region.

This is a free event for stakeholders focused on supporting SMEs to grow across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

The reality of leading a business today is hard but with over 20,000 SMEs in Leicester alone, small businesses are essential to the future of our economy here in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

So how can we make sure that SME leaders know where to find the help they need to succeed?

Whether it’s access to finance, understanding when and how to grow, or developing new skills, the Help to Grow: Management Course is a catalyst for many SME leaders to access business support in the region for the first time.
