Paul Alger MBE has over 35 years of experience of working with UK designers and manufacturers in the fashion and textile industry, offering business advice and support, particularly relating to international business and trade shows. He is experienced in the established markets of Europe and the USA but also has extensive experience and contacts in Japan, Russia and China. He was awarded an MBE for services to Fashion and Exports in 2019.
Tom Glover MD: Peregrine Clothing – J G GLOVER & CO LTD
Tom Glover, rooted in Leicestershire’s rich textile heritage, grew up immersed in manufacturing and retail through his family’s knitwear and lingerie businesses. After earning a BSc (Hons) in Product Design in 2002, he launched the Peregrine clothing brand in 2006, leveraging his family legacy and the appeal of UK-made goods.
