Taran Sahota is Head of International Trade and Partnerships at the British Allied Trades Federation (BATF), where she leads efforts to help UK businesses succeed in global markets. With over two decades of experience, Taran specialises in guiding companies through the challenges of international trade, offering practical advice and hands-on support. She has played a pivotal role in coordinating UK group pavilions at hundreds of international trade exhibitions worldwide, creating high-impact platforms for thousands of UK brands to showcase their products and forge connections with global buyers. Taran works closely with major trade bodies, which regularly draws on her expertise to shape and deliver sector-focused international events. Lucy leads on DBT Digital commerce strategic partnerships across Europe, Africa, Central and South Asia, and Asia Pacific regions.
