Lean Manufacturing is vital for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and boosting productivity in manufacturing businesses. This free webinar series equips SME owners, Directors, Senior Managers, and Supervisors with tools to drive business growth, operational improvements, and long-term cost management strategies.

You will gain insights on minimising costs while maximising output, leading to sustainable success. Applicable across all sectors, it is ideal for those aiming to reduce costs, increase profit margins, optimise operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve workplace productivity. No prior Lean knowledge is required.

This programme will be delivered over seven half-day webinars weekly on a Tuesday on the following dates:
* 18th February – 9am to 12.30pm
* 25th February – 9am to 12.30pm
* 4th March – 9am to 12.30pm
* 11th March – 9am to 12.30pm
* 18th March – 9am to 12.30pm
* 25th March – 1.30pm to 5pm
* 1st April – 1.30pm to 5pm

Please note: Delegates must attend all seven sessions. Once you have confirmed your attendance at the first session, you will be sent booking links for each subsequent session.

After the knowledge transfer webinars, a lean project will be identified for your own business. 1-to-1 consultancy from an experienced lean manufacturing coach will then support you implementing your project.

Amber Valley; Ashfield; Bassetlaw; Broxtowe; Chesterfield; Derby; Derbyshire Dales; Erewash; Gedling; High Peak; Leicester City; Mansfield; Newark & Sherwood; North East Derbyshire; Nottingham; Rushcliffe; South Derbyshire.

(Please note: Businesses based in districts not participating in the Accelerator project (i.e. Bolsover; Leicestershire) may attend providing they are members of East Midlands Chamber. In such instances, please contact Hannah Kerridge-Smith on 07741 163242 who will approve your booking.
