Creating Workplaces Where Neurodivergent People Can Thrive: Free Training for SMEs
5 March 2026Across the UK, more organisations are recognising the importance of building workplaces where everyone can contribute, feel valued, and succeed. Creating neuroinclusive environments is a key part of this progress. When workplaces understand and support neurodiversity, they unlock new perspectives, strengths, and ways of thinking that benefit both individuals and organisations.
Neurodivergent people — including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other cognitive differences — bring valuable skills such as creativity, innovation, deep focus, and unique problem-solving approaches. However, many traditional workplace environments are not designed with neurodivergent people in mind. Small changes in awareness, communication, and working practices can make a significant difference.
This March, organisations have an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of neuroinclusion through a free, face-to-face training session at County Hall.
The session will be led by Sascha Evans, a neuroinclusive workplace specialist and educator with more than twenty years of experience helping organisations create environments where neurodivergent people can genuinely thrive. The training is designed for leaders and organisations who want to develop more inclusive practices, better support their teams, and build workplaces where differences are recognised as strengths.
Participants will gain practical insight into what neuroinclusion looks like in everyday workplace settings and how leaders can foster environments where neurodivergent colleagues feel supported, understood, and able to do their best work.
