The Leicester Productivity Programme is the leading business support programme for ambitious Leicester-based SMEs.
Delivered by highly-experienced Productivity Experts, this programme will utilise an industry-leading Productivity Diagnostic which will identify areas of the business where productivity gains can be made. It will also provide SMEs with the understanding and knowledge of how to implement longer-term productivity improvement strategies.
The programme also offers access to two further days of fully funded consultancy expertise to help make improvements leading to productivity gains.
