The Growth Accelerator provides social entrepreneurs with the training, consultancy and support to grow their businesses.
You will receive access to a Growth Masterclass course from the School of Business, covering where growth comes from, how to do it, how to be strategic, developing a business case, creating new income streams, team building, implementation and action planning.
You will also get 1:1 consultancy from experienced social sector experts, where you can build on what you have learned from the course, to turn plans into reality. They will also connect you with a super team of social entrepreneurs, where you can share problems, crowdsource solutions, and collaborate on new ventures.
This will be delivered by a University of Leicester School of Business consortium with The Cooperative and Social Enterprise Development Agency (CASE) and Community Enterprise Engine.

They conduct pioneering work in partnership with leaders, managers, and businesses to develop the knowledge and skills to develop and grow.
CASE have 4o years’ experience in helping social enterprises set up and thrive. They aim to grow the impact of the co-operative and social enterprise economy in the East Midlands by delivering business support as well as developing and offering services that meet current and emerging business needs.
They are well known and trusted, with decades of experience in helping to establish ethical and co-operative ways of working.
Community Enterprise Engine is a social innovation consultancy working with community groups and businesses. They support and create inclusive, active, enterprising and sustainable communities. They believe enterprise has to be social, and social needs to be enterprising.
They are a team of community development professionals with skills in funding, social enterprise and community building. Their background is in helping community groups and charities thrive, working in partnership to help them ignite and grow enterprise.
