What support do T Level students need when they are on an industry placement? Who provides the support, and how can it be shared among different people including line managers and supervisors, mentors, team members, as well as the student’s school or college?
This one-and-a-quarter hour webinar gives a clear picture of the types of support that benefit students most and showcases methods by which employers provide the support effectively and efficiently.

– Share the supervision of students as they carry out tasks and projects
Take care of students including their physical safety, mental health, welfare and wellbeing
– Monitor and record progress and outcomes to show what students have done, build their confidence, and give them a real sense of achievement
