This action planning workshop will ensure you and your staff have the resilience to cope with challenges in today’s changing workplace.  Resilience is the ability to bounce back from challenges and requires a range of different skills such as rational thinking, physical, emotional health, and productive relationships.

The workshop will show delegates how to focus on their wellbeing by developing a more positive mind-set. It will show you how to stop getting overwhelmed and help you to deal more readily with the challenges that the workplace brings. We can all develop personal resilience, and this workshop will provide you with a range of tools to improve yours.

Who should attend this session?

Staff working within a food and drink production environment that wishes to develop or strengthen their resilience.

  • Overcoming negative thinking
  • Helping ourselves stay resilient
  • Tools and techniques for providing support to teams

  • How to quickly deploy tools and techniques to support your own and staff wellbeing

This is an interactive, action planning online workshop. You will leave this session with handouts and a practical action plan which can be implemented within your business. Where possible, we would like to encourage you to join this session with your video camera turned on and when instructed by the facilitator, you may un-mute your microphone to take full advantage of the interactive nature of the workshop.

Tracy Duggan is a highly skilled coach, trainer and organisational development practitioner with proven influencing, negotiation and advocacy skills at a senior executive level. I have a unique blend of expertise which includes: project and partnership management; service delivery and design with a strong track record in developing and delivering UK wide skills solutions and campaigns.

This presentation is delivered in partnership with Business Gateway Growth Hub and Food and Drink Forum and is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Places are limited and priority will be given to trading SMEs based in Leicester and Leicestershire.
