The webinar will cover the importance of collaboration, resilience, and visibility within the supply chain.

Management of the supply chain is a key aspect of any business, within this session, attendees will be able to access insight into the how and the why of managing supply chains effectively and efficiently.

Food and Drink Producers who wish to ensure that their supply chains and the inherent risk within those supply chains are managed proactively and efficiently. Supply chain resilience is an integral and vital aspect of business continuity.

Andrew has been able to deliver significant and sustainable value from all of his previous roles whether that is within a greenfield/start-up mode or developing an existing function across indirect and direct categories.

This presentation is delivered in partnership with Business Gateway Growth Hub and Food and Drink Forum and is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Places are limited and priority will be given to trading SMEs based in Leicester and Leicestershire.
