Roy is a corporate lawyer and has over 30 years’ experience of helping owner-managed and family businesses with their internal structures and strategy, business sales and business purchases. He has a first class reputation for dealing with complex group demergers, reorganisations, capital reduction schemes and company reconstructions.

Andrea is Managing Director at PPRS, with responsibility for the Leicester operation of just over 250 colleagues. She has worked across the UK for a number of large organisations, including American Express and Nuffield Health. It is within these roles she has honed her management skills and her experience and advice are unprecedented.

Mukesh has over 23 years’ experience as a litigation specialist, and his areas of expertise cover contractual claims, partnership and shareholder actions, injunctions, warranty claims, professional negligence actions and also contempt of court applications. He is keen to give something back to the community and share his knowledge and skills.
