The Business Gateway, along with growth hubs for Business Lincolnshire and D2N2, has created a fully-funded programme to ensure your business is prepared for unexpected challenges that may come your way.
This five-month programme, delivered by the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub, will arm you with the tools and knowledge you need to make your business more resilient, giving you the confidence to tackle future crises and come out stronger on the other side.
Eligibility
Open to online and physical businesses across the East Midlands, there are seven cohorts available to join. This provides SME leaders with the opportunity to connect with like-minded business owners and decision-makers also looking to strengthen their business.
The programme offers a strategic yet practical review of your business. Each month is dedicated to a different key resilience threat, allowing you to develop a clear plan that ensures your business is adaptable, flexible and most importantly, resilient.
What does the programme include?

A five month programme of funded support. Sessions will be virtual initially.

One topic a month based around the six features of resilience. Each module will follow a different theme including staff, finance and operations.
